The Nutritional Secrets of Yunland® French Foie Gras

Foie gras is rich in unsaturated fatty acids, accounting for 65-68% of its composition. 

It contains high levels of oleic acid, linoleic acid, and linolenic acid, reaching 48-50%. 

Each 100 grams of foie gras contains 5-7 grams of lecithin and 9-14 grams of deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) and ribonucleic acid (RNA).
